REFUND POLICY

We understand that buying online is difficult and we certainly don't want you to keep something that you are not going to wear. Therefore, we offer a 30-day refund or exchange policy excluding Custom Orders, Made to Order or Upcycle Your Wardrobe items.

No item will be exchanged or can be returned after 30 days. Partial refunds can also be negotiated upon inspection of the items' condition when they are returned. Sale items will not be refunded under any circumstances.

From June 1st, 2022 your return label will be included in your parcel, so you don't have to contact us anymore. All returning items must be unused and unaltered - based on the conditions you received them. 

EASY AND FREE RETURNS

You will receive with your parcel a return label. All you have to do is repack your items in the same satchel we sent your order in and stick the label on it. Once the parcel is ready, check which is the closest drop-off location here: https://try.sendle.com/en-au/returns. That's it, you don't have to do anything else. Returns are free of charge. 

 

REFUNDING PROCESS

Upon receiving a returned item, we will inspect the garment and if approved, a refund will be deposited into your bank account within three business days. It is all automated through our Shopify system, so you don't have to do anything. 

Please note that refunds paid to credit cards might take several days before they appear in your account. Please contact your bank if the refund is not appearing in your account after five business days we notified you.

EXCHANGE

We are happy to exchange any item excluding Custom Orders, Made to Order or Upcycle Your Wardrobe items. The process is the same as for RETURNS. You will receive with your parcel a return label. All you have to do is repack your item/s in the same satchel we sent your order in and stick the label on it. Once the parcel is ready, check which is the closest drop-off location here: https://try.sendle.com/en-au/returns. 

Once we receive your parcel we will contact you via email to arrange for the exchange. We shall process your exchange within three business days, and we will ensure you are kept informed at every stage of the process.
