Custom Bleach Dye or reverse Dye your denim, sweatshirts, tees or dresses. The garment must be more than 60% from natural fibers and dark-colored. This is perfect for garments that are stained with bleach and/or present color fading or just to refresh a boring plain garment. You can see some examples below.
Please note that we have no power over the colour the garemnt will fade. I will list some examples below. Also I can test which colour the garment will fade so we can go ahead only if you like it. The other option is overdye it after with a colour you like.
- Black fades off either orange (sometimes fire or sometimes terracotta) or off-white. You have a 50% 50% chance and I suspect it’s realted to how the original fiber of the fabric has been treated.
- Navy fades off either orange or pink or light blue.
- Grey will fade off a lighter shade of grey or orange.
- Green will fade off-white or lighter green.
- Red fades off pink or peach or sometimes I have also seen yellow.
- Light Blue denim will fade off-while or super light blue.
- Beige and creams will fade off off-white mostly.
This is artisanal work so please consider that some bleeding might occur. Results might vary from what is shown to you, but that's the beauty!
HOW IT WORKS
The process is simple. We will arrange the courier to pick up your clothing and send it to us. If you are in Melbourne you can drop them off at the Rose Street Artists market on Saturdays. It will take between 5 to 7 business days to get the job done and then we will ship it back to you.
